Supermarkets encouraged to open 24h while limiting the number of shoppers inside the premises at a given point in time.
Home delivery of food and shopping is encouraged.
Shopping is to be done by individuals, not as family group.
Transport and markets operators to disinfect the facilities.
Employees expected to go on leave when possible.
Factories to operate using a minimum work-force in a 24h shift.

And some good news. 44 people have been released after completing their 14days-quarantine. A few more cases have been put in quarantine but the number of positives has not increased today. The 7 positives are progressing well and the persons they had contact with are being monitored.

WHO has published its 59th Situation report including A  new  protocol  to  investigate  the  extent  of COVID-19 infection in  the population, as determined by positive antibody tests in the general population has been developed. The protocol is titled the Population-based age-stratified seroepidemiological  investigation  protocol  for  COVID-19  virus  infection. The cases in Africa increase slowly (Table 1) and the picture of the world shows Europe as the epicenter of the quake (Figure 2), with Italy having surpassed China in number of deaths and Spain having lost more than 1000 people to the disease.
